Coach David Nibbs has an extensive background working with many athletes for nearly 20 years. He has taught tennis, golf, and track/field, along with starting his own strength training business several years ago in Rock Hill, SC. David has worked for RDUTennis in Raleigh/Charlotte for nearly 12 years and will bring a great dynamic to PC members and their guests. Programming will be conducted on the field and using the asphalt area of the tennis wall. If there is open court space then Coach David may step on court for some drills.

This will be a 6 week session held on Wednesday after school and Sunday afternoons. The fee is $90 for members/$110 for guests.

We will conduct speed, acceleration, strength, conditioning, and agility drills which include, but are not limited to:
Shuttle runs
40yd Dash Training
Plyometric Training
Athletic Circuit Training
Speed Drills
Acceleration Drills
Lateral and Linear Explosion Drills
Body Weight Strength Training
Weighted and Band Strength Training
Reaction Drills
Athletic Conditioning Drills
Mental Strength Training
